Idiot Box opens This Friday
Gallery 1988’s Idiot Box returns where all artworks are based on popular media usually shown on a device largely known as the Television. Sure some may argue that the goggle box may have rot your brain but these pieces based on numerous shows certainly won’t.
This time around, the art show is basing it more on modern TV shows from the last decade so there may not be any tributes to Airwolf or the A Team but there will be pieces based on Fargo, The Wire and Better Call Saul.
Though I have exhibited with Gallery 1988 on numerous shows this is the first time that I have contributed to Idiot Box which was a lot of fun working on my piece for the show.
I had made a tribute piece to the tv series of WestWorld done in a more gritty poster design capturing the show and the western evironment.
The show opens this Friday (20th of July) and runs until the 4th of August.
